When a refund applies
A refund is issued when an approved return is received in acceptable condition, or when an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a claim.
Refund amount
- Refunds are issued in USD ($) to the original payment method.
- The price of returned goods is refunded in full.
- Original shipping is refunded only where an item is faulty or sent in error.
Processing time
Once we receive and inspect a return, we aim to approve or decline the refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider and may take a further 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Online checkout is currently at payment provider pending. No payments are collected on the website at this time, so no online charges have been made. This Refund Policy takes effect for any order once card payment is enabled and processed.
