30-day returns
You may return most unused goods within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition, clean, and with any tags or packaging where practical.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order details and the item you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return address and next steps.
- Pack the item securely and send it back within the return window.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, wash towels and rest mats that have been used or laundered cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.
Return shipping
Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot process a return we do not receive.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method in USD ($). See our Refund Policy for timing and details. As online checkout is currently at payment provider pending, refund handling applies once card payment is enabled and an order has been charged.
